HUMBLEWELL is a new wellness area in The Park, above the Ribbon Tower and in the shade of a large Oak tree. A place to escape the hedonism for a while.
An area – encompassing the Physical, Emotional and Social dimensions of wellness.
In the Humblewell reception Yurt you can check in with Mind counsellors, who will be able to sign post you to what’s on offer or maybe you get stuck in @ the daily community acupuncture clinic, for a taster session.
The Tree Temple will host a range of yoga classes from yoga teachers such as: Yin and Restore with Sasha Gabbé (founder of Humblewell) and yoga for men with Will Wheeler (Co-Founder of Level 6 Yoga, Peckham); sleep recovery yoga with sleep expert Lisa Sanfilippo (Tri Yoga / The Life Centre); open your heart with Kirtan (devotional singing) with Nikki Slade and her Kirtan group; Learn Mindfulness techniques with Dina Cohen; immerse in the experience of Breathbeats – Breathework and Psyco-acoustic sound with DJ Tom Middleton and the Breathe Guy.
