Not here? Experience Glastonbury 2016 on the BBC

Watch live performances straight from the Pyramid Stage, Other Stage, West Holts, John Peel, Park Stage as well as the best new talent on the BBC Introducing Stage all on the BBC Glastonbury website.

Over 100 video performances are available for 30 days after the festival. BBC iPlayer and BBC’s Glastonbury website are home to the performances, teamed up with photos, special features and exclusive Tipi Sessions.

BBC Two will broadcast from Glastonbury over the weekend, including performances from this year’s headliners. James, Underworld, New Order and festival extras will be shown on BBC Four. Here’s the TV schedule.

BBC Radio will broadcast over 50 hours of coverage this year. BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 1Xtra, BBC Radio 2 and BBC 6 Music are the stations that will host the coverage; presenting full sets, tracks and day highlights.

Trevor Nelson will offer listeners Adele’s headline set, live on Radio 2 at 9pm, Saturday 25th June. Coldplay’s set will be played live on Radio 2 at 9pm, Sunday 26th June. Here’s the radio schedule.

International watchers can access exclusive video content on the BBC Glastonbury website. Over 120 tracks and performance highlights from all artists will be available. BBC Music’s Tepee sessions are included for viewers outside the UK.

Glastonbury site fully open for business

1.30PM UPDATE FROM GLASTONBURY FESTIVAL

We’re pleased to report that the Festival is fully open for business. All ticket holders are welcome to travel to the site, where traffic is moving as it usually does for the Festival. Please expect to queue, but we will get you in.

Thank you for your patience and help with this today.

We look forward to seeing you for a great Glastonbury.

Jo Cox tribute in The Park now on THUR at 4pm

On Thursday 23rd June, at 4pm, we will be holding a tribute to Jo Cox on The Park Stage to celebrate what would have been her 42nd birthday. Join former colleagues for a moment’s silence and rally in Jo’s memory.

Campervan / caravan field to open at 6pm on Tue

Due to the rainfall on the Glastonbury Festival site over the past couple of days, we need to push back the opening of the east and west campervan fields by a few hours. Both of the fields will now open at 6pm. Please note that any vehicles which arrive before 6pm will be turned away (with no exceptions).

We would also expect there to be some congestion at 6pm, so would suggest coming a few hours later than that if you are able to.

We apologise for any inconvenience this causes – but this is being done to ensure that the campervan / caravan fields are in the best possible condition when they open. We have also emailed everyone who booked a campervan / caravan ticket with this news.

The campervan / caravan fields are completely sold out.
