Abbey Extravaganza: day one in pictures

Here are Jason Bryant’s pictures from a terrific first day at the Glastonbury Abbey Extravaganza, featuring Bjorn Again and Status Quo.

Don’t forget, tickets are still available for today’s classical show, featuring the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Aled Jones, Jo Appleby, Andrew Rees and the Corelli Quartet – plus a full-on fireworks finale. Advance tickets cost £30 for adults and £15 for children aged 6-15, with no charge for 5 and unders. You can still get them by calling 01458 834596. Otherwise you can pay on the door for an extra fiver.
