UK balance payment update

23rd March 2011

An email has gone out this week to all UK-based Glastonbury 2011 deposit holders to remind them that they will be able to pay the balance of their Glastonbury ticket between 09:00 on April 1st and 23:59 on April 7th 2011. The balance due is £145 (plus a £5 booking fee) per person.

If you haven’t had your reminder email, please check your spam folder. If it still doesn’t turn up, then don’t panic – your registration and booking information will be in previous emails. But if you are still concerned you can:

1. Check your ticket booking using Seetickets’ ticket tracker at http://www.seetickets.com/tracker
2. Check you are registered (and get your registration number) by using the registration checker at http://www.seetickets.com/see/getglas.asp
3. If still concerned, call Seetickets customer services on 0844 412 4626

Please note that if you do not pay your balance by 23:59 on April 7th your deposit will be cancelled and you will receive a £40 refund per ticket to the card that was used during the booking. Any tickets which are returned will be  put into the ticket resale which is due in mid-April.

When paying your balance you will be given the opportunity to combine your Festival tickets with coach travel to the Festival from locations across the UK. As part of the continued effort by Seetickets and Glastonbury Festival to reduce the carbon emissions from audience transport, we have strived to make these coach packages as affordable as possible, with all fares lower than 2010 rates. These packages are only available when paying for your ticket balance, so don’t miss out. The full timetable and price list for these tickets is shown below:

You will also be giving the option of booking ticket cancellation cover, car park tickets, campervan tickets and tipis whilst paying your balance.
