2015 tickets on sale in October
15th September 2014
We’re very pleased to announce that tickets for Glastonbury 2015 will go on sale at the beginning of October.
STANDARD WEEKEND TICKETS ON SALE SUNDAY, 5TH OCTOBER
Standard weekend tickets will go on sale at 9am BST on Sunday, 5th October. As in previous years, Festival goers will be able to book a ticket by paying a £50 deposit per person, online at glastonbury.seetickets.com. The full price of a Glastonbury 2015 ticket is £220 + £5 booking fee. Purchasers will be able to book up to six tickets per transaction.
COACH + TICKET PACKAGES ON SALE WEDNESDAY, 1st OCTOBER
As part of the Festival’s continued commitment to green travel, 15,000 coach + ticket packages will – as in 2013 – be sold in advance of the general sale. These coach + ticket packages will go on sale at 7pm BST on Wednesday, 1st October, via glastonbury.seetickets.com, rewarding green travellers with the chance to be the first to secure their Glastonbury 2015 tickets.
As with the general release of tickets, Festival goers will be able to book up to six coach + ticket packages per transaction. Along with their deposit of £50 per person, those booking coach packages will be required to pay the full coach ticket price for their journey.
REGISTRATION
As part of our ongoing efforts to cut out ticket touting, anyone who would like to attend next year’s Festival will need to have registered in advance of tickets going on sale. Registration remains free of charge.
Registration will close at 23:59 on Tuesday 30th September. Please don’t leave it until the last minute. Leave enough time to resubmit before tickets go on sale if you need to. Registration only takes a few minutes and can now be done straight from your smartphone or tablet so head to www.glastonburyregistration.co.uk and do it now!
If you’ve been to the Festival before, you can check your registration online here.
BALANCE PAYMENTS
The ticket balances of £170 + £5 booking fee will be due in the first week of April 2015, for both UK and international buyers.
It will not be possible to pay for a Festival ticket in full in October, when only deposits will be taken. This will allow people more time to save for their tickets, knowing that they have secured a booking. It will also help the Festival to reduce costs, allowing us to give more to our joint charities.
